We’re here to make sure you love what you wear. If it’s not the perfect fit, here’s what to do.

Our Policy 

We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

How to Request a Return 

Email us at returns@butterfeels.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions.

Exchanges 

Want a different size? We’ll gladly exchange your item once we receive the original. Exchange shipping is at your cost.

Non-Returnable Items 

  • Worn or damaged items

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Sale items or discounted promo items

  •  

    Socks, and accessories for hygiene reasons.

     

Refunds 

Refunds are made via your original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection.

How to Return

  2. We'll arrange courier collection or drop-off instructions.

  3. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we inspect the items.
